Asked my dad what Sufism was about (he published a book about it once)... he went on and on about a red light and I think astral projection (our conversation was in arabic which was hard for me to follow and even harder to translate into english) and breathing and heart beats. Too complicated for me to grasp but sounds pretty neat so go you :)

About the Swastika...
It is NOT the Nazi symbol in THIS PARTICULAR context.
The swastika is an (Indian) Sanskrit symbol. Derived from the word "svastika" ; meaning any lucky or auspicious object, and in particular a mark made on persons and things to denote good luck.
It is considered a holy symbol in Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism, and it is associated with the Indo-European ("Aryan") peoples.
The Nazis (and Neo-Nazis) believe they belong to this "Superior", White, Aryan race. So they used this as a symbol of their "Aryan" identity.
